Shipping

All orders are carefully packed and shipped within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note that shipping times may vary during peak seasons or promotions. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.


Returns & Exchanges

At Her Candle Story, every product is hand-poured with care. Because our candles and room sprays are handcrafted and personal in nature, we do not accept returns on used or opened items.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll happily offer a replacement or store credit.

For unused and unopened items, we may offer an exchange or store credit on a case-by-case basis. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.


Final Sale Items

All sale items and sampler sets are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
