Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days before shipping. You’ll receive tracking once your order is on the way.

Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns on used items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours and we’ll make it right.

What if my candle arrives damaged?
Please email us with photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll happily offer a replacement, exchange, or store credit.

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only issued for damaged items or fulfillment errors. Otherwise, we offer exchanges or store credit when applicable.

Why don’t you accept returns on candles?
Candles and room sprays are personal-use items, and scent preference is subjective. To ensure quality and safety, we cannot accept used products.
